Ellis County BBQ is one of the newest restaurants to open in Midlothian, TX.  It is located on the south side of Main Street (Business hwy. 287) on Silken. It is located where Savor Restaurant used to be.

My companion and I dined at Ellis County BBQ last Friday to see if it would be worthy of a restaurant review. To our surprise it is. Since then we have dined there on a regular basis. From what we have seen and tasted this is a very good BBQ restaurant which actually had table coverings instead of the familiar red and white plastic ones or butcher paper!

More Information  - If you are looking for a nice quiet dining experience where the food is good, we recommend this Ellis County restaurant. 4st Waxahachie Journal Food Editor
