The Chisholm Grill is one of our all time favorite places to dine on the square and serves the best breakfast in town. The restaurant was recently sold and under new management,but the new owners told me they intend on keeping the same menu and same great food.

 For Steak lovers, our recommenation is the Texas Ribeye

We must admit, the Texas Ribeye is our favorite here.  These people know how to grill steaks.  The steaks arrived at the table cooked to perfection.  Generous accompanying salads were crisp, fresh and included cucumber,  sliced tomato and croutons. A hot loaf of wheat bread is brought to the table with the salads.  Since baked potatoes are not available until after 5 pm, we opted for the stacked potatoes and were glad we did.  The potatoes are served in a small bowl with cheese, chives, and sour cream; very delicious - a generous serving.  One of our group ordered angel hair pasta with meat sauce.  It was okay but not outstanding.  Oh, well.  He should've had steak!

The Grill also serves one of the best breakfasts in town!
