Getsendaner Park PDF Print E-mail

parkThe Getzendaner is one of the jewels of Waxahachie in that it is an old fashion park which has not changed much from when it was first laid out. The only exception is that new rest rooms have been added. There is a very nice bicycle and walking trail and wonderful large trees for a picknik or just cooling off. And lots of squirrels.

The park hosts the chautauqua every September and many classic cars clubs hold car shows under the shade of the many large trees.
