The Victorian Christmas Festival is a new event for Christmas but one that I believe is going to grow in popularity. At this time, the downtown is taken back in time, to the Victorian era and Christmas. You will see local citizens stolling around in Victorian cloths, music of that era, and the stores are all decked out in their Christmas finery. Truly a relaxing spirit lifting Christmas experience.
The Victorian Christmas Festival has a Christmas Parade, Christmas Market Vendors, Choirs, Carolers, costumed characters and carriage rides. And if the get him back for this years Christmas, performances by "Cast in Bronze". America's only traveling carillon!
Did I mention Ice Skating! You can enjoy the magic of skating on the E-Z Glide as used by the pros. The skating is located at the corner of South Rogers and Madison, across from City Hall.
